How to automatically create Google Calendar events for Pipedrive deal stage changes
Add the Pipedrive "Deal stage changed" trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Deal stage changed" under Pipedrive. Then, select the deal stage you're interested in. This trigger will automatically detect all the deal stage changes in Pipedrive to create new events in Google Calendar.
If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Pipedrive account.
Add the Google Calendar "Create event" automation
Integrate the Google Calendar automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of events in Google Calendar for every deal stage change in Pipedrive. Add a new step and select "Create event" from the list of Google Calendar automations.
Connect Google Calendar to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Pipedrive to automatically pass along the right data.
Turn on the playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate creating a new Google Calendar event for every deal stage change in Pipedrive. Once turned on, it will respond to every deal stage change in Pipedrive by creating a new event in the Google Calendar event without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
