How to automatically share a Google Sheets spreadsheet when a new transaction is created in Paddle

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Transaction created" under Paddle. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect any transaction created in Paddle and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Paddle integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

Integrate the Google Sheets automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt sharing of Google Sheets spreadsheets when a transaction is successful in Paddle.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Share spreadsheet" automation for Google Sheets and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Google Sheets account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Google Sheets account.

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the sharing of the Google Sheets spreadsheet. Once turned on, it will respond to a new transaction created in Paddle by sharing the specific spreadsheet on Google Sheets without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
