How to automatically update or create a record in Attio every time an email is sent in Gmail
Set the Gmail trigger as “Email sent”
A playbook always starts with a trigger, which is responsible for detecting changes in your connected applications and responding accordingly.
Add the Gmail trigger to initiate your playbook's actions whenever an email is sent. Click "Add trigger" in your playbook and choose "Email sent" from the dropdown menu under Gmail.

Add the “Update or create record” step in Attio
Integrate the Attio automation into your playbook to ensure prompt updating or creating of records in Attio every time an email is sent in Gmail.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the “Update or create record” automation for Attio and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Attio account still needs to be connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Attio account.
Activate your playbook
Activating your playbook is the last step in the process. Once you turn it on, it will automatically update or create a record in Attio every time an email is sent in Gmail without requiring manual intervention.
