How to send an email via Outlook to a new respondent of a specific Webflow form
Create your playbook and set the Webflow trigger as "New form submission"
After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.
To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "New form submission" under Webflow. Then, select the form you’d like to watch. If this is your first time using a Webflow integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your Webflow account.
Now, every time a new form is submitted in Webflow, your playbook will run automatically.
Add the "Send email" in Outlook automation
Integrate the Outlook automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt sending of an email via Outlook for each form submission received in Webflow.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Send email" automation for Outlook and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Outlook account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Outlook account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the sending of an email via Outlook. Once turned on, it will respond to each new form submission received in Webflow by sending an email via Outlook without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
