How to track Pipedrive deal stage changes in Airtable
Set the Pipedrive trigger as “Deal stage changed”
Add the Pipedrive trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before changing the deal's stage.
To do this, go to your playbook and click "Add trigger." From the dropdown menu under Pipedrive, select the "Deal stage changed" trigger option. By doing this, your playbook will be able to detect any changes in the deal's stage and trigger the necessary actions automatically.
If you have yet to connect your Pipedrive account to Relay, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the “Add record to table” in Airtable
Integrate Airtable automation to instantly add records from the new Pipedrive deal's stage.
Select "Add Step" and search for the "Add row to sheet" automation. Then, choose the table where you want to add a record - let's say it's the "Deal stage" table. Once you've selected the table, click on all the relevant fields and fill in the necessary details, such as the Add time, Currency, Expected close date, Organization, Person, Pipeline, Stage, Status, Title, and Value.
If you still need to connect your Airtable account to Relay, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay to add records through your Airtable account.
Activate your playbook
Activating your playbook is the last step to add a record for your Pipedrive deal's stage to Airtable. Once you turn it on, the playbook automatically tracks Pipedrive deal stage changes in Airtable without manual intervention.
To activate your playbook, click the toggle button in the header. Before starting it, we recommend running a test to ensure all the steps work seamlessly together.
