How to add a row to a Google Sheet when a Front conversation is tagged
Add the Front trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Tag added to conversation" under Front. Then, select the tag. If this is your first time using a Front integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Front account.
Now, every time the selected tag is added to a conversation in Front, your playbook will run automatically.
You can add extra filters to trigger runs under specific conditions if you need to. In this case we want to trigger runs for tag "Urgent" only when the conversation is not assigned.

Now you can create a new step and select "Add row" from the list of Google Sheets automations.
Connect Google Sheets to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the details like sheet name, where to insert, and the values. You can reference fields from Front to automatically pass along the right data.
In this example we are adding a second step to also assign the urgent conversation to the Front user that will take care of triaging.
Turn on the playbook
When you are done with the playbook, it's time to turn it on.
The playbook will now run automatically whenever a tag is added to a conversation in Front and the conversation matches the filters in your trigger. You can also click "Check now" to do a manual check whenever you'd like.
