How to add new Typeform responses as Pipedrive activities

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "New response" under Typeform. Then, select the form you want to link. This trigger will automatically detect all the new responses in Typeform to add a new activity in Pipedrive.

If this is your first time using a Typeform integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Typeform account.

Integrate the Pipedrive automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt addition of new activity in Pipedrive for every new response received in Typeform. Add a new step and select "Add activity" from the list of Pipedrive automations.

Connect Pipedrive to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Typeform to automatically pass along the right data.

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate adding new activity in Pipedrive for every new response received in Typeform. Once turned on, it will respond to every new response received in Typeform by adding a new activity in Pipedrive without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
