Set the HubSpot trigger as “Deal changed”
To activate your playbook's actions before changing a deal in HubSpot, you need to add a trigger.
Go to your playbook and click "Add trigger." Select the "Deal changed" trigger from the HubSpot options and then choose the Pipeline you want to work with (e.g., "Sales Pipeline"). After that, select a field that you want to monitor for changes (e.g., "Amount"). This will allow your playbook to identify new deal changes and perform the necessary actions automatically.

Add the “Update subscriber status” in Mailchimp step
Integrate the Mailchimp automation to instantly update subscriber status from new HubSpot deal changes.
Select "Add step," then locate the "Update subscriber status" automation, and input the relevant details, such as Audience, Email address, and Status.
If you still need to connect your Mailchimp account to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to update subscriber status through your Mailchimp account.
Activate your playbook
