Set the Google Sheets trigger as “Spreadsheet added to folder”

A playbook always starts with a trigger, which is responsible for detecting changes in your connected applications and responding accordingly.

Add the Google Sheets trigger to initiate your playbook's actions every time a spreadsheet is added to a folder. Click "Add trigger" in your playbook and choose "Spreadsheet added to folder" from the dropdown menu under Google Sheets.

Add the “Create draft” step in Outlook

Integrate the Outlook automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a draft email in Outlook every time a spreadsheet is added to a folder in Google Sheets.
