How to automatically create records in Airtable for every Webflow placed order
Set the Webflow trigger as “Order placed”
Add the Webflow trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before an order is placed.
To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Choose the "Order placed" trigger from the Webflow options. It will enable your playbook to automatically identify newly placed orders and trigger necessary actions.
If you have yet to connect your Webflow account to Relay, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the “Add record to table” in Airtable
Integrate the Airtable automation to instantly add records from Webflow placed orders.
Select "Add Step" and search for the "Add record to table" automation. Then, choose the table where you want to add a record - let's say it's the "Orders" table. Once you've selected the table, click on all the relevant fields and fill in the necessary details, such as Accepted date, Application fee, Billing address, Comment, Customer info, Disputed date, Downloaded files, Fulfilled date, Net Amount, Number of total purchase, Order ID, Order comment, Paypal details, Purchase items, Refunded date, Shipping address, Shipping tracking, Status, Stripe card, Stripe details, Total, Total paid by the customer.
If you still need to connect your Airtable account to Relay, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay to add records through your Airtable account.
Activate your playbook
Activating your playbook is the last step. Once you turn it on, the playbook automatically creates records in Airtable for every Webflow placed order without manual intervention.
To activate your playbook, click the toggle button in the header. Before starting it, we recommend running a test to ensure all the steps work seamlessly together.
