How to automatically update Airtable records for refunded Webflow orders
Set the Webflow trigger as “Order refunded”
Add the Webflow trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before refunding an order.
To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Choose the "Order refunded" trigger from the Webflow options. It will enable your playbook to automatically identify newly refunded orders and trigger necessary actions.
If you have yet to connect your Webflow account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the “Updated record” in Airtable
To integrate Airtable automation into your playbook, follow these steps:
First, Select "Add Step" and choose the "Get record" automation. Next, select the table you want to work with, for example, "Orders." Choose an identifier from your table data that matches Webflow data. In our example, the identifier is "Customer info."
Afterward, add another step to your playbook by selecting "Update record." Click on all the relevant fields you want to update, such as Comment and Date Refunded, and fill them in.
If you haven't connected your Airtable account to Relay.app yet, you will be prompted to do so. Ensure that you grant the necessary permissions for Relay.app to update records through your Airtable account.
Activate your playbook
Activating your playbook is the last step. Once you turn it on, the playbook automatically updates Airtable records for refunded Webflow orders without manual intervention.
To activate your playbook, click the toggle button in the header. Before starting it, we recommend running a test to ensure all the steps work seamlessly together.
