1

Create your playbook and set the Google Sheets trigger as "New row added"

After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

To set up this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "New row added" under Google Sheets. Then, select the sheet you're working with. If this is your first time using a Google Sheets integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your Google Sheets account.

Now, every time a row is added to Google Sheets, your playbook will run automatically.

2

Add the "Add database page to database" in Notion automation

Integrate the Notion automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new database page in Notion when a new row has been added in Google Sheets.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Add database page to database" automation for Notion and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Notion account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Notion account.

3

Activate your Relay.app playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new database page in Notion. Once turned on, it will respond to each newly added row in Google Sheets by creating a new database page in Notion without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
