How to send a new email in Outlook for a deal stage changed in Pipedrive
Set the Pipedrive trigger as "Deal stage changed"
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "Deal stage changed" under Pipedrive. Then, select the specific stages you're interested in. This trigger will automatically detect all the specific stage changes of the deal in Pipedrive.
If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your Pipedrive account.
Add the "Send email" in Outlook automation
Integrate the Outlook automation into your playbook to ensure the email is promptly sent for each change in a deal stage in Pipedrive.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Send email" automation for Outlook and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Outlook account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Outlook account.
Activate your Relay.app playbook
Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the automatic sending of new emails via Outlook. Once turned on, it will respond to deal stage changes in Pipedrive by sending an email to the person via Outlook without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
