1

Add the Pipedrive "Lead added" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Lead added" under Pipedrive. This trigger will automatically detect all the new leads added in Pipedrive to send an email in Outlook.

If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your Pipedrive account.

2

Add the Outlook "Send email" automation

Integrate the Outlook automation into your playbook to ensure the email is promptly sent through Outlook for every new lead added in Pipedrive. Add a new step and select "Send email" from the list of Outlook automations.

Connect Outlook to Relay.app if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Pipedrive to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate sending a new email in Outlook for every new lead added in Pipedrive. Once turned on, it will respond to every lead added in Pipedrive by sending a new email in Outlook without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
