How to send a new email in Outlook when a new person is added in Pipedrive

Set the Pipedrive trigger as "Person added"

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and initiates your playbook's actions.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Person added" under Pipedrive automation. Then, select the necessary Pipedrive fields. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect new person added in Pipedrive and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

Add the "Send email" in Outlook automation

Integrate the Outlook automation into your playbook to ensure the email is promptly sent for each new person added to Pipedrive.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Send email" automation for Outlook and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Outlook account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Outlook account.

Activate your Relay.app playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the automatic sending of new emails via Outlook. Once turned on, it will respond to a new person added in Pipedrive by sending an email to the person via Outlook without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
