Set the Pipedrive trigger as “Activity added”

A playbook always starts with a trigger, which is responsible for detecting changes in your connected applications and responding accordingly.

Add the Pipedrive trigger to initiate your playbook's actions whenever an activity is added. Click "Add trigger" in your playbook and choose "Activity added" from the dropdown menu under Pipedrive.

If you still need to connect your Pipedrive account to Relay.app yet, a prompt will guide you through the process.

Add the “Send draft” step in Gmail

Integrate the Gmail automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt sending of a drafted email in Gmail every time an activity is added in Pipedrive.

Click the "Add step" button, locate the “Send draft” automation for Gmail, and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Gmail account still needs to be connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Gmail account.
