How to send a new email in Gmail for a new person added in Pipedrive
Set the Pipedrive trigger as “Person added”
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Select the "Person added" trigger option from the dropdown menu under Pipedrive. It will enable your playbook to automatically identify newly added contacts and trigger necessary actions.
If you still need to connect your Pipedrive account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the "Send email" in Gmail automation
Integrate the Gmail automation into your playbook to ensure that
you can promptly send the email for each person added in Pipedrive.
Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Send email" automation for Gmail and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Gmail account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Gmail account.

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the automatic sending of email in Gmail. Once turned on, it will respond to new person added in Pipedrive by sending a new email in Gmail without manual intervention.
