How to automatically share Google Forms in response to HubSpot submissions
Set the HubSpot trigger as “New form submission”
Add the HubSpot trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before submitting a form.
To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook and select the "New form submission" trigger from the HubSpot options. Then, choose the specific form you want to work with (e.g., "New client registration"). This will allow your playbook to identify new form submissions and automatically perform the necessary actions.
If you still need to connect your HubSpot account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the “Share form” in Google Forms step
Integrate the Google Forms automation to instantly share forms from Hubspot.
Select "Add step", then locate the "Share form" automation, and input the relevant details, such as the specific form to share, and persons or groups to share with.
If you still need to connect your Google Forms account to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to share form through your Google Forms account.
Activate your playbook
Activating your playbook is the last step in the process. Once you turn it on, it will automatically share Google Forms in response to HubSpot submissions without manual intervention.
To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together.
