Add the Google Forms trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before submitting a form.
To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook and select the "Form response submitted" trigger from the Google Forms options. Then, choose the specific form you want to work with (e.g., "Tickets"). This will allow your playbook to identify new form submissions and automatically perform the necessary actions.
If you still need to connect your Google Forms account to Relay, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.
Add the “Create ticket” in HubSpot step

Select "Add step," then locate the "Create ticket" automation, and input the relevant details, such as pipeline, ticket name, ticket status, ticket owner, ticket description, associated company, and associated contacts.
If you still need to connect your HubSpot account to Relay, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay to create a ticket through your HubSpot account.
