How to automatically update a lead in Pipedrive whenever a new row is added to Google Sheets
Add the Google Sheets trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Row added" under Google Sheets. Then, select the specific sheet you're working with. If this is your first time using a Google Sheets integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your Google Sheets account.
Now, every time a new row is added in Google Sheets, your playbook will run automatically.
Add the “Update lead” step in Pipedrive
Integrate Pipedrive automation into your workflow to automatically update a lead in Pipedrive whenever a new row is added to Google Sheets.
Click the "Add step" button, locate the "Update lead" automation for Pipedrive, and input the mandatory and relevant details.
If your Pipedrive account still needs to be connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Pipedrive account.
Activate your playbook
Activating the playbook is the last step in the process. Once you turn it on, it will automatically update a lead in Pipedrive whenever a new row is added to Google Sheets without manual intervention.
To activate your playbook, click the toggle button at the header. Before activating, we recommend performing a test run of your playbook to ensure all the steps work seamlessly together.
